The seeds of MarginTop Solutions were sown shortly after I completed my bachelor's degree. While teaching higher secondary students—a role where I was proud to achieve a 100% pass rate for my classes—my passion for engineering led me to take on part-time client projects with my cofounder, Bibek.

As our client base expanded and project complexity grew, we knew we were onto something bigger. We made the decision to register our IT company, running it entirely online for the first six months and welcoming our partner, Sameer, along the way. This period marked a pivotal moment when I took the leap, leaving my teaching career to dedicate myself fully to our burgeoning company.

The path of entrepreneurship is rarely easy, and we faced over a year of dedicated struggle, working tirelessly to build our reputation and deliver quality results. That perseverance paid off. We finally secured our first physical office in the vibrant tech hub of Pulchwok, expanding into a larger workspace to accommodate our growing team of full-time employees.

Today, MarginTop Solutions is a thriving team of 12 dedicated professionals, each with over a year of valuable experience. We continue to build on our foundation of passion and expertise, delivering top-tier solutions for our clients and fostering a culture of innovation and growth right here in Kathmandu.
