The founding of MarginTop Solutions
The seeds of MarginTop Solutions (opens in a new tab) were sown shortly after I completed my bachelor’s degree. While teaching higher secondary students — a role where I was proud to achieve a 100% pass rate for my classes — my passion for engineering led me to take on part-time client projects with my cofounder, Bibek.
As our client base expanded and project complexity grew, we knew we were onto something bigger. We registered our IT company, ran it entirely online for the first six months, and welcomed our partner, Sameer, along the way. That was the moment I left teaching to dedicate myself fully to what we were building.
Entrepreneurship is rarely easy. We faced over a year of dedicated struggle — working tirelessly to earn trust and deliver quality. That perseverance paid off. We secured our first physical office in Pulchwok’s tech hub, then expanded into a larger workspace for a growing team of full-time people.
Today, MarginTop Solutions is a thriving team of 16 dedicated professionals. We keep building on passion and expertise — delivering for our clients and fostering a culture of innovation right here in Kathmandu.
